Glacier National Park Elopement on Lake McDonald

“Our love story will be our greatest adventure…”

It was just year ago when Sydney and Matt reached out to say they were planning an intimate wedding (hopefully) in the heart of  Glacier National Park on July 27th (which was also their 5 year anniversary!)

Sydney and Matt knew knew it was important for their family and friends to be a part of this special day in their lives. To help incorporate everyone into their wedding day, they rented a gorgeous cabin right on the doorstep of Glacier National Park. This created a perfect opportunity for everyone to enjoy their time together as they prepared for the big day, as well as a perfect setting for many of the photos!

Eventually we made our way into the park for the ceremony at Lake McDonald, specifically at a spot referred to as Ryan Beach Meadow which gave us an incredible panoramic view of the mountains and the park! Once the ceremony was completed, I took Sydney and Matt a bit further into the park for sunset photos to a place I scouted a few day in advance; I expected it would produce some epic views and it turns out we hit the money! :)
