These are some of the most common questions I get, but if you don’t see what you’re looking for don’t hesitate to reach out.
Q: WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
A: I’m currently based out of Sioux Falls, SD but I frequently offer my services throughout the Midwest including Minneapolis, Omaha, and The Black Hills.
Q: HOW FAR WLLL YOU TRAVEL FOR OUR WEDDING?
A: No wedding is too far away. I have been asked to travel from California, to Mexico, to Texas, to Alaska, to Colorado, to England, and even to Africa for a documentary job. Any wedding within about an hour of the Sioux Falls area has travel fees included in my pricing, but any location outside of that area will include an applicable travel fee.
Q: WHAT ARE YOUR RATES?
A: Wedding coverage can range from $3,300 for 8 hours to $9,000 for full weekend coverage. After you reach out, I’ll follow up with my full pricing info as well as entire wedding galleries for you to browse through.
Q: WILL YOU SHOOT FILM AT OUR WEDDING?
A: I primarily photograph weddings with digital cameras, but when requested I’m happy to include 35mm film on your wedding day. I’m personally obsessed with the character that film provides and if you feel just as passionate about it, film can always be an add-on to your wedding coverage.
Q: HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN DOING THIS?
A: I’ve been documenting weddings for over 10 years, but I’ve had a camera in hand for even longer
Q: HOW MANY PHOTOS WILL WE GET?
A: On average I typically deliver around 400-600 edited images for a standard wedding and around 75-100 edited images for a full engagement session.
Q: CAN WE PRINT OUR PHOTOS ON OUR OWN?
A: Absolutely! I will never hold your images hostage and you're free to print your photos where ever you want. But for the sake of color accuracy and convenience I would recommend ordering your prints through your gallery.
Q: HOW WILL WE RECEIVE OUR PHOTOS?
A: I'll provide you with your own online gallery that allows for viewing, sharing, downloading, and ordering prints whenever you like.
Q: HOW DO WE BOOK YOU?
A: After ideally meeting in person or over video call to confirm we are a good fit, I'll send you an online contract to sign and then pay a non-refundable retainer to reserve your date with me.
