These are some of the most common questions I get, but if you don’t see what you’re looking for don’t hesitate to reach out.
Q: WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
A: I’m currently based out of Sioux Falls, SD which is where 2/3 of my work primarily takes place, but I frequently visit and offer my services throughout the Midwest and the United States.
Q: HOW FAR WLLL YOU TRAVEL FOR OUR WEDDING?
A: No wedding or elopement is too far away! I have been flown out to England, San Diego, Mexico, Austin, Texas, Alaska, Colorado, and even Africa for a documentary job. Any wedding within about an hour of the Sioux Falls area is free of any travel fees, but any location outside of that 1 hour area will include an applicable travel fee.
Q: WHAT ARE YOUR RATES?
A: Coverage begins from $3,200 for traditional weddings, to $2,800 for elopements and intimate weddings, to $7,000 for full weekend coverage. After you reach out, I’ll follow up with my full pricing info as well as entire wedding galleries for you to browse through.
Q: WILL YOU SHOOT FILM AT OUR WEDDING?
A: Of course! I’m obsessed with the character of 35mm film and incorporating into my work! However, I primarily photograph weddings with digital cameras for its reliability and predictability, but if you request it I’m happy to include 35mm film as part of your day.
Q: HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN DOING THIS?
A: I’ve been documenting weddings for over 10 years.
Q: HOW MANY PHOTOS WILL WE GET?
A: On average I typically deliver around 400-600 edited images for a standard wedding and around 75-100 edited images for a full engagement session.
Q: CAN WE PRINT OUR PHOTOS ON OUR OWN?
A: Absolutely! I will never hold your images hostage and you're free to print your photos where ever you want. But for the sake of color accuracy and convenience I would recommend ordering your prints through your gallery.
Q: HOW WILL WE RECEIVE OUR PHOTOS?
A: I'll provide you with your own online gallery that allows for viewing, sharing, downloading, and ordering prints whenever you like.
Q: HOW DO WE BOOK YOU?
A: After ideally meeting in person or over video call to confirm we are a good fit, I'll send you an online contract to sign and then pay a non-refundable retainer to reserve your date with me.
